With Lula Rice and Mushrooms

ingredients:
½ pound of squid rings
300 grs. mushrooms, fresh or canned
300 grs. tomatoes, peeled and chopped seeds weighed after clean
2 cups (tea) of cooked rice, cooked to order
1 cup (tea) of grated onion
½ cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (tea) of frozen peas, throw in boiling water for 1 'minute.
½ cup (tea) of diced cooked carrot
½ cup (tea) of chopped parsley and chives to taste
50 grs. of butter, 2 tablespoons (soup) of oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger and a pinch of nutmeg
Decoration:
2 boiled eggs
½ cup (tea) of black olives
3-4 fried prawns in shell
Cherry tomatoes needed
flower red pepper

How to Prepare:

Sauté squid in butter with a little oil, leave the fire for 10 'minutes, add the tomato sauce now with onion, a pinch of nutmeg and a teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger, let cook for 10 more "minutes or until the squid are cooked.
Separately throw the frozen peas in boiling water for 1 'minute, drain. Reserve.

Separately cooking the mushrooms with water, salt and lime, for approximately 20 'minutes. Book.
If using mushrooms in conserving drip then wash in running water.
Add to the sauté the carrots cooked peas and mushrooms, cooked rice, when hot add the grated cheese and finally the parsley and chives.

Grease a pan lightly with oil hole, put the steamed rice with squid and other ingredients tighten.
Remove from pan, place on a platter, garnish with prawns forming a flower, merge cherry tomatoes with boiled eggs cut in half with half a black olive in the center of the yolk.

Around the platter layer tired of thinly shredded lettuce without seasoning.
