Jam and Jelly Sleeve

Jam and Jelly Sleeve

ingredients:

2 pounds of ripe mangoes fleshy type Haden
1 ½ pound of sugar or to taste
The cooking water from cores of sleeves (1 liter)
1 lemon, juice only (optional)
1 piece of Mug 6 cloves of India

How to prepare:

Peel the mangoes, cut into thick slices ear type, throw the peel away.

Put all lumps mango in a pot cover with water bring to the fire for half an hour, then strain it, let it cool before using.

Jelly Sleeve

To make jelly after cooked fruit, the mango hit the blender with the cooking water, bring the fire up to the point of soft jelly, store in glass in the refrigerator.
