Four Jellies and Sweet Cut
I - Guava Jelly
ingredients:
2 pounds of guava shell without seeds2 pounds of sugar1 liter of cold water

How to Prepare :

Wash guavas , remove the defects of the skin, take out the seeds , cut in half the length .
Place the guavas covered with water to cook without sugar , until soft , put 30 minutes
Allow to cool in the pan
Spending guavas through a fine sieve or puree in a blender
Put a large pan mass of fruit and sugar

II - Jelly Damascus

ingredients:

How to Prepare :

III - Jelly Tamarindo
ingredients:
2 pounds of raw tamarind (with pods)3 cups of cold water½ pound of refined sugar or brown sugar

How to Prepare :
Take the bark of tamarind , soak in three cups of water to swell.Then pass through a sieve to remove the pulp
In a large saucepan place the pulp with the sugar and water in sauce.
Bring the pan to heat all the ingredients stirring constantly , until it forms a thick jelly , when lifting the spoon candy is taffy .

Note :The tamarind jelly serves to accompany savory dishes , chicken kebab and other birds and loin .



IV - Pineapple with Mint Jelly

ingredients:

3 - cups ( tea) of crushed pineapple with the core1 ½ cup of sugar3 large lemons , juice only10 mint leaves , or to taste (optional )

How to Prepare :
