Pie Stuffed With Walnuts


ingredients:

Massa:

10 eggs - egg whites firm
20 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
3 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder
130 grs. of ground crackers or dry bread crumbs
350 grs. ground walnuts
200 grs. coarsely chopped walnuts
The mass does not take yeast or wheat flour

Filling and Topping:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate
200 grs. ground walnuts, almonds or Brazil nuts

How to Prepare the Dough:

Beat the egg yolks in mixer with the sugar, add the flour wafer, crushed walnuts, chopped nuts chocolate powder, mix well.

Stop the mixer, whisk the egg whites slowly, from the bottom up carefully so the dough is very soft.

Grease two ways sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs or flour wafer, it turns out the dough, flatten well.

Medium preheated oven 180 º C, put 20 minutes.

After wetting with cold roast and rum, orange juice or sweetened.

How to Prepare the filling and Coverage:

Mix all filling ingredients, condensed milk chocolate and crushed nuts, lead to fire up to put point about l5 minutes.

This pie is to be served on Christmas Eve takes no yeast or wheat flour.

Can substitute walnuts put, hazelnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts
Brazil, or cashews.
