Roast Chicken With Polenta







ingredients:

2 pounds of thighs or drumsticks together whole
with bones and skins, or only on thighs (not serving chicken breast)


seasonings:

2 tablespoons shallow salt
4 tablespoons oregano

Other Ingredients:

1 can of light beer at room temperature
Tin ½ water (measured using the can of beer)





How to Prepare:

Wash the chicken, do not remove bones or skin or fat.
Season only with salt and oregano.

Place the chicken pieces in a large roasting pan, skin side down, sprinkle with a beer,
No need to cover with foil.

Bake in the oven preheated medium 180 for 40 'to 60' minutes in the middle of cooking, turn the pieces of chicken with skin up.
