Cookie Cheese Special
(appetizer)

ingredients:
1 pound of mozzarella grated or minced
6 tablespoons (soup) of wheat flour
6 tablespoons (soup) of cornstarch (cornflour)
3 large whole eggs
1 or 2 spoons (soup) spoon of oregano (optional)
1 pinch of salt.
How to Prepare:
Place the mozzarella in a large bowl the flour, cornstarch and salt eggs.
Mix all ingredients well.

Knead until a dough finally put oregano, spread well within the mass.

Make balls the size of a walnut.
Fry in hot oil, lower the heat to prevent burning.

If you want to freeze the balls can open, i.e. separated from one another to avoid sticking.
Then place in a plastic bag or a box.
Take the balls the day before, go to the fridge to thaw power.

Option II:
If you want you can spend in silent glass, stick the cookie a toothpick.
Glass Syrup:
3 cups (tea) of sugar
1 1/2 cup cold water
4 tablespoons (soup) of vinegar

How to Prepare:

Put in a pan the water and sugar, mix well.
Bring to a boil, add the vinegar, stir well, leave the fire until you have a syrup to the wire.
Thread point is when you get a bit of the syrup with a spoon (soup), pour into the same pot.
If you get a wire on the tip of the spoon is the right spot.
Skewer with toothpick the cheese ball, already fried and cold.
After passing the syrup glass. Drain.
