Whiting Fillet With Sauce

ingredients:

6 fillets of whiting
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
lemon juice (optional)
1 bowl of flour
Option I:
sauce:
1 cup (tea) of chopped onion
1 cup (tea) of tomatoes peeled seeded and chopped
1 cup (tea) of black olives cut in rodelinhas
3 peppers 1 green, 1 yellow, 1 red cut into strips
2 spoons (soup) oil
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley with stems
½ teaspoon (tsp) salt
How to Prepare:
In a medium saucepan, saute onion in oil, add the peppers tomatoes, sauté go and dripping water to cook.
How to Prepare the Fish:

Pass the fish fillets in flour, knocking out the excess flour.

Fry the fillets in hot oil.
Then place on paper towel to remove the fat.

Place the files in a baking dish, and sprinkle over the sauce.
Top with mozzarella. Bake until the cheese melts.
Serve with rice or potatoes sautéed
. Sauté potatoes are cooked diced butter and the last with chopped parsley and salt.

II - Option:

White Sauce
Can serve with white sauce and cheese on top.

Salad of lettuce, arugula, watercress, tomatoes.
Serve melon balls separately.

The right name of the fish is whiting or haddock?
The whiting is a national white
Abadejo is imported pink
