Chocolate Mouse Pie
Ingredients Dough:
3 packages of ground Weffer cookie flavor to choosecan be strawberry, chocolate , vanilla or dulce de leche200 grs . butter at room temperature , does not serve margarine
Dark Chocolate Mousse :

White Chocolate Mousse :
400 grs . white chocolate , chopped1 can cream without serum
Other Ingredients :
Chocolate chips to taste1 cup (tea ) of cherries in syrup drained
How to Prepare the Dough:
Crush the biscuits in a blender or processor , then move on to a large bowl and well founded , add the butter in small pieces at room temperature .Mix the butter with the flour wafer pressing with your fingertips until it becomes a dough .
