Bread Pudding with Coconut and Cheese

ingredients:

500 ml of cow's milk
250 ml of coconut milk
50 grs. dried shredded coconut
50 grs. semi-cured cheese grated
3 small loaves of stale (50 grs. Each)
2 large whole eggs or 3 small
1 cup (coffee) coconut water to hydrate, or necessary
2 cups (tea) sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract essence
1 heaped tablespoon of butter
2 spoons (soup) of dark seedless raisins (optional)

How to Prepare:


Cut the bread into small pieces, then soak in milk put half an hour.

Blend all ingredients in blender, place the eggs first, then add the beaten wet the bread without squeezing the milk, coconut cheese, coconut milk, butter.

Then move to a bowl and add the dark raisins, mix well.

Grease a pan with butter powder, wheat flour, or sugar
