Chocolate Mouse Pie and Simple


Ingredients Dough:

1 cup all-purpose flour
100 grs. margarine
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 large whole egg

How to Prepare:

Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, add the margarine and egg until unglued hand, if you need to add a little more flour.

Grease a pan with removable bottom with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Spread the dough only deep round shape very thin an inch thick, stick with a fork to avoid puffing.
Bring the oven 180 º C, put twenty minutes.
Fill after the cold mass

Chocolate Mouse:

300 grs. milk chocolate or bitter
1 can of cream
12 grams of gelatin powder without flavor
½ cup sugar or to taste
5 tablespoons of cold water to hydrate the gelatin

Decoration:

200 grs. of chocolate chips
1 cup cherry in syrup drained

How to Prepare the Filling:

Hydrate the gelatin with five tablespoons of water, then dissolve in water bath or microwave.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, combine the cream without serum and dissolved gelatin and hot, mix well until a homogeneous mass.

Place your mouse over the pie crust already cold.
Take the refrigerator to put 4-6 hours or until set.

When ready drop the hoop and place the pie stuffed in a glass dish, leaving the bottom of the form, not to break.

Garnish around the pie with chocolate shavings and some cherries and mint leaves.

Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar (optional).
