Salad of Caribbean island

Ingredients For the salad:

1 mango Aden and large not very mature
500 grs. chopped walnuts and girl
200 grs. Kani Kama, shredded or canned tuna
200 grs. Italy seedless grapes, washed

seasonings:

3 tablespoons (soup) of mayonnaise
2 spoons (soup) of sour cream or yogurt without serum
2 spoons (soup) of ketchup, or to taste
1 tbsp (tablespoons) Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mint leaves whole

How to Prepare:

Cut the mango into cubes an inch, shred-Kani Kama, the
length, chop the nuts.

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.

Arrange the salad on a platter average

Around the platter place the diced mango, then seedless grapes in the center Kani Kama shredded and put up the sauce.
Then spread the nuts put any salad, distribute mint leaves so that it looks good
Serve chilled as first course.
