Gnocchi pasta Joker

ingredients:


3 cups water (250 mL each)
750 grs. flour
150 grs. butter or margarine
1 glass of cow's milk
1 spoon (soup) of shallow salt or to taste
2 spoons (soup) full of margarine (rest)
2 large whole eggs


How to Prepare:


Bring the water to the fire with milk and 150 grams. butter, when it starts boiling, add the flour all at once, mix well leave, until a homogeneous mass.
Cook stirring constantly with a long-handled spoon, until you release the bottom of the pot, is a ball full.

Remove from the heat and add the remaining two tablespoons of margarine and eggs one by one, mix well.

Return to heat and cook until eggs.

How to Prepare the Gnocchi:

Place the hot pasta on the table floured.
