Mouse Pie Passion Fruit
ingredients
Cookie Dough :
200 grs . cookie type cornstarch crushed100 grs . milk chocolate and chopped Kid100 grs . semisweet chocolate , chopped Kid1 spoon ( soup) of rum or vanilla extract

300 grs . white chocolate, finely grated1 can of cream with the serum¾ cup ( tea) of natural passion fruit juice concentrate1 ½ tablespoons ( soup) of powdered gelatin colorless , tasteless5 tablespoons (soup) of cold water to hydrate and dissolve the gelatin3 tablespoons (soup ) and full of sugar, or regular sugarIf you use regular sugar in a blender beat to get thinner .

How to Prepare :

Put the syrup over the cake after it has cooled .
Bring the refrigerator until serving time .
