rice Tailandez

ingredients:

2 cups (tea) of cooked rice at the time
1 cup (tea) of onion
½ cup (tea) chopped parsley
2 raw eggs

Other Ingredients:

100 grs. butter, not margarine serves
1 diced pineapple
200 grs. of chopped ham niggling

Sprinkle Over:

½ cup (tea) of shredded coconut or cashew nuts ground to sprinkle on top

How to Prepare:

Fry the pieces of pineapple, butter, remove and set aside.

Fried onion in butter, break the eggs burst gems to fry well, stirring well so that the eggs are the pieces well cooked, add the chopped ham, parsley and rice, mix well.

Place the rice on a platter sprinkle grated coconut or cashew nuts. Around put the cubes of pineapple.
