Borscht With mashed

Borscht With mashed
( serve before dinner )

 
ingredients:
Beef Broth :½ pound of muscle cut into small cubes1 large onion cut into four pieces1 medium carrot whole , 3 garlic cloves , 1 bay leaf ,
 
2 stalks celery, cut into four pieces , 1 leek
 
3 thin slices ginger , 1 cinnamon stick (optional )
 
2 liters of cold water.
How to Prepare the broth :
In a pressure cooker, place water , beef, onion, carrot , garlic , celery , garlic and seasonings pore .Put to cook for 20 ' minutes , let cool in the pan to finish cooking .
Soup ingredients :
1 liter of broth brewed cold4 whole unpeeled beets , washed wellPut the broth and beets in a pressure cooker .Lead to fire for 30 ' minutes , let cool in the pan.After peeling the beets cut into four parts .Put a little of the broth in a blender with a few pieces of beetroot , beating until well fluid.Repeat with the remaining beets .The broth should not be too thick nor too liquid.

 
Mashed potatoes :

1 pound of boiled potatoes and squeezed2 tbsp (tablespoons ) butter½ cup of cow's milk or cream1 tablespoon ( dessert) salt
How to Prepare :
Place the potatoes in a saucepan squeezed , butter , salt.Lead to fire stirring constantly , go dripping milk gradually , until a uniform mass , they drop the pan .If it becomes too hard add a little cream.
To Serve :
Put the broth in a deep dish and warm beets in the center make a pyramid of mashed potatoes that get 4 fingers above the broth.Get to eat the broth , then puree.
For Dinner :
Accompanies roasted chicken pieces with broccoli and carrots cooked in butter past .Hearts of palm salad cut into thick slices , fresh figs , washed the house without cut in half .
Note :
With muscle cooked leftovers , make a salad with onion , garlic , parsley and tomato pieces . "Serving on another occasion ."With the other ingredients of the broth is left , make a soup
