Gnocchi Bread

Gnocchi Bread

ingredients:

5 stale rolls of 50 grs. each
½ liter of cold milk
1 large egg, salt and pepper to taste
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 or 2 spoons (soup) of grated cheese (optional)
  How to Prepare:
Chop the rolls and tots, place a shallow roasting pan with the milk and water, let rest for 10 'minutes.

Kneading the dough with a fork or if you want to pass through a sieve.
Add the beaten egg, salt, pepper, flour needed, mix well.

Let sit for an hour in the refrigerator.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and stir in the cheese. is optional.

Make the gnocchi small.

Put a pot on fire with water and 1 tablespoon of oil and salt when the water is boiling, dump the gnocchi.

Once cooked, drain. Arrange on a platter.

I - Option:
