Rice with Cashew Nuts and Raisins

ingredients:

2 cups (tea) of raw rice washed
4 cups (tea) of water or broth
1 cup (tea) of grated cheese
1 cup (tea) pitted black olives, halved
1 cup (tea) of cashew nuts chopped or ground
½ cup (tea) of dark seedless raisins
1 cup (tea) and chopped cooked ham kid
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems
4 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped scallions white part only


Other Ingredients:

1 large onion, chopped or grated
2 to 4 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
1 red pepper, chopped into cubes
4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded
2 tablets of broth (optional)

How to Prepare:

Place in a pan two tablespoons oil, onion, tomato.
Fry the tomatoes for ten minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to unravel.

Add the chili rice, saute for a few minutes, put the broth, cook over high heat until almost dry.

Remove from heat, add the cashews, raisins and chopped ham, mix well, place the pan on low heat for another five or ten minutes, taste the salt.

Cover the pan, turn off heat and let sit for ten minutes.
Before serving add the parsley and chopped chives

How to Serve:

To serve arrange on a platter and sprinkle grated cheese on top

Decoration:

Decorate on top with black olives and cashews.
The party put salad thinly shredded lettuce, grated carrot on top and takes \ t Cherry.
