With Guava Cheese Pie

Massa:
ingredients
200 grs. cookie cornstarch crushed
100 grs. butter or margarine

filling:
150 grs. chopped fresh white cheese
2 whole eggs
1 box of cream
½ cup (tea) of sugar
1 teaspoon (tablespoons) of cornstarch shallower

coverage:
150 grs. guava chopped
½ cup (tea) of cold water
How to Prepare the Dough:
Mix the two dough ingredients, lining the bottom and sides of a 24 cm. Book.

How to Prepare the Filling:
Blend the eggs with the cream, then add the cornstarch, sugar and white cheese, make the beat until well blended.
Pour the mixture from the blender, on top of the dough.
Bring to 180 ° C preheated oven for about 30 'minutes, or until baking. Allow to cool.
How to Prepare the Topping:
Mix the guava paste with water lead to fire until a jelly kind of not too soft nor too hard.
Once cooled cover the pie with jelly.
Take the pie in the refrigerator for 10 'to 15' minutes, until the topping is firm.

Replace the cover after the pie has cooled.
