Sardela ITALIAN IMMIGRANT

ingredients:

appetizer:
5 cups (tea) of red pepper without the skin
1 cup (tea) of anchovies, up to 200 gr. or to taste
1 or 2 cups (tea) of chopped or grated onion
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems kid
1 or ½ cup of tomato sauce
4 cloves garlic, cored
1 chili finger lady seeded chopped
5 tablespoons (soup) of extra virgin olive oil

Other Ingredients:
Italian bread cut into thin slices
How to Prepare:
To skin Chili jab the fork lead to mouth on the stove, take turning until the skin is all burnt, let cool, rinse under the tap.

Mince the peppers into cubes.
Method of Cooking:

Bring a pan to fire with the onion, bell pepper, and tomato sauce, leave the fire for 30 'minutes.

  bowl, add the chopped parsley, olive oil, anchovies, chopped garlic and pepper, mix well.
To Serve:
Serve as an appetizer served with Italian bread.
variation:
You can add a cup of (tea) black olives, chopped
