Tiramisu - Italian

Tiramisu - Italian

ingredients:

8 large egg yolks
2 whole eggs
300 grs. icing sugar
3 packets of biscuits English type serves no other
750 grs. type cheese mascarpone, or can substitute
500 grs. ricotta and 250 g. of cream

syrup:

1 very small glass or soluble coffee
Chocolate powder
½ pint of warm water
1 cup of Rhum
Will not fire

Other Ingredients:

200 grs. semisweet chocolate, melted
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder


How to Prepare the syrup

Mix water with Rhum and instant coffee, pass the biscuits that syrup, allow to drain well.

How to Prepare the cream:

Beat the egg yolks in mixer with eggs and icing sugar, for 6'a 8'minutos, until you have a light foam.

How to Assemble the dessert:

Second layer, spread a thin layer of cream with the cheese.

The fourth layer is cream cheese.

Bring the freezer for 40'a 50'minutos, or in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Note:
  If you want you can add on top of the cream seedless raisins
