White Bean Salad and Other
ingredients:
½ pound cooked white beans
seasonings :
1 cup of broth from cooking beans½ cup of olive oil1 tablespoon shallow salt2 spoons (soup ) of lemon juice2 spoons ( soup) of wine vinegar or apple
Other Ingredients :
2 large tomatoes, not too ripe , seeded , chopped into cubes1 cup ( tea) of chopped onion and chick1 cup ( tea) of boiled potatoes diced1 cup ( tea frozen green peas1 cup ( tea) of green or black olives pitted chopped½ cup ( tea) of cooked carrots into small pieces½ cup ( tea) of chopped parsley and drizzle2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped mint2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped green onion white part only1 spoon ( soup) of hot pepper sauce or to taste , orPepper ½ finger girl without seeds , chopped1 stalk celery without leaves chopped into thin rodelinhas (optional )1 red pepper, seeded and chopped white without the ribs wellMiudinho .
How to Prepare :
