Pave the Nonna

ingredients:

cream:

½ pound of fresh ricotta, mashed with a fork
250 grs. whipped cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
10 tablespoons (soup) of sugar, or (5 tablespoons of sweetener)
2 spoons (soup) of cocoa liquor or wine wood
5 large egg yolks

Other Ingredients:

300 grs. English Biscuit
100 grs. chocolate sprinkles or
shaved chocolate

syrup:

2 cups (tea) of strong coffee or
2 cups (tea) of cow's milk, long life, with
2 spoons (soup) of chocolate powder

How to Prepare the Syrup and Biscuits:

To make the syrup, mix cow's milk with chocolate powder, it will not fire. The syrup is cold.
Quickly wet the biscuits in chocolate syrup, or strong coffee drip. Reserve.

How to Prepare the cream:

Hitting the mixer, the egg yolks with sugar, condensed milk, until whitish.

Then add the liquor, the ricotta mashed, make the beat.
Add the whipped cream, mix with a spatula until a homogeneous mass.

Place alternate layers in the biscuits and the ricotta cream.

First layer in the bottom of the pan, spread the wet biscuits in the syrup.

Second layer, the ricotta cream.
And so on until you finish the ingredients.

The last layer is the cream on top and garnish with chocolate sprinkles or shaved chocolate.

Take to the fridge for 4th 6 hours or until the cream is firm.
Store in the refrigerator until serving time.

Note:

Can substitute ricotta cheese for mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
The pavé of nonna is not too sweet but can replace the
for condensed milk sugar, or sweetener when using half the amount of sweetener.
