Two types of Pave Chocolate

I - Pave Chocolate 3 Layers

ingredients:
I - Cream :
1 can sweetened condensed milk1 liter of cow's milk4 tablespoons cornstarch ( cornflour )2 large egg yolks1 tablespoon of butter
II - Cream :
2 cups of milk5 tablespoons of cocoa powder½ tablespoon of cornstarch ( cornflour )
III - Cream Topping:
2 egg whites firm4 tablespoons of sugar1 can cream without serum
Other Ingredients :

1 packet of biscuits english1 glass of cow's milk to wet the biscuits

How to Prepare :
First Cream :
Hit the blender, condensed milk , cow's milk , cornstarch , egg yolks and butter .Place the mixture in a pan of blender, lead to fire up cooking , gets a thick cream . Reserve.

Note :
The decor is optional
How to Prepare :

Beat in mixer the butter with the sugar and the egg yolks, cream until fluffy and whitish .

How to Prepare the syrup :
