Several puree
Mashed is a Tracking Important , for poultry , pork, beef meat , lamb , rabbit , frogs and others.
Can make mashed several ingredients :Potato , cassava , man , yams , carrots , pumpkin , chickpeas , peas, corn , chestnut , and others.After the ingredients cooked , pass by the processor or potato masher . do likewise , the mashed potatoes .
 
can also pass through fine sieve .Mashed potatoes :
1 pound of boiled potatoes and squeezed2 tbsp (tablespoons ) butter, not margarine serves½ cup of cow's milk or cream1 tablespoon ( dessert) salt
How to Prepare :Wash the potatoes , unpeeled cooking , then remove the skin , pass through the juicer or food processor while still hot .If you want you can cook the potatoes in the steamer .Place the potatoes in a saucepan squeezed , butter , salt.Lead to fire stirring constantly , go dripping milk gradually , until a uniform mass , they drop the pan .If it becomes too hard add more milk or cream.
For the mashed cassava , face, yams, pumpkin , peel before cooking .Put to cook covered with water or cook in the steam .The parsnip and carrot are cooked like potatoes .
The way to do all purees , are equal to the mashed potatoes .When making mashed beans , remove the skin and if you need to give firmer consistency , put a potato or baked potato half and squeezed . , Mix with the other ingredients .
For the grains I do not put cream.
The puree is tight , not too hard nor too soft .
Always serve separately.
If you want you can put the puree in the bottom of a dish and over roast chicken or roast beef.
Always accompany the dishes with salad :
Watercress, lettuce, chicory , escarole , chicory , tomatoes, onions , cabbage and garnish with black olives pitted .
Note :If not serving mashed rice put together.The two ingredients are carbohydrates which is the same thing .
