Five Recipes of Curd
Type Cheese Curd
ingredients:I - Option :6 cups of cow's milk6 tablespoons (soup ) of cornstarch6 tablespoons ( soup) of semi-cured cheese grated6 tablespoons (soup ) of butter (not margarine serves )How to Prepare :In a large pot bring the fire 4 cups milk until warm .
Separately dissolved in 2 cups of milk , cornstarch , add the grated cheese , butter , salt , mix everything welladd to milk in this fire.
Keep everything in white fire for 10 ' minutes, stirring constantly until consistency of porridge .Pour in wet form , then unmold cold .
Store in refrigeratorII - Option :Cup curd :ingredients:500 grs . ricotta , fresh chopped or crumbled200 grs . mozzarella , chopped or grated500 ml of cow milk boiling4 tablespoons (soup ) and full of margarine1 spoon (soup ) shallow salt1 can cream without serumHow to Prepare :

Blend the 5 ( first five ingredients ) , until a smooth cream .
Move to a bowl and add the cream without serum , mix well until a homogeneous mass .
Put in cups with lids or Tuperware .Store in refrigerator.Option - III :Cooked curd :ingredients:½ liter of cow's milk4 tablespoons (soup ) of wheat flour1 teaspoon (tsp ) salt100 grs . butter½ can cream without serumHow to Prepare :Place in a medium saucepan with the milk already diluted flour , add butter and salt .
Lead to fire, stirring constantly until the flour cooking .
Once cooked , add to cream at room temperature , mix well until a homogeneous mass .Store in refrigerator.IV - Option :
Curd Siteingredients:1 liter of cow's milk100 grs . grated parmesan100 grs . fresh ricotta crumbled1 spoon (soup ) shallow salt4 tablespoons (soup ) of cornstarch ( cornflour )
How to prepare:Make a mush with milk and corn starch .Once done hit the mixer and add the remaining ingredients , parmesan , ricotta and salt .Beat until it is a uniform mass .V - Option :Curd of Antoinette - Neutralingredients:½ pound of chopped fresh ricotta½ liter of cow's milk250 grs . margarine1 teaspoon (tsp ) saltHow to Prepare :Boil the milk , put the margarine let dissolve .
Blend the hot milk to the butter , add the ricotta and go to little beating until a thick and uniform good and well dissolved Store in refrigerator.
If you want you can mix lastly a can of cream without serum is optional . Not part of the recipe.Suggestion for Making Pies :Place the curd in various glass jars with lids .In each place a different taste , mix well .Pate : Black olives . Green olives . Black olives with parsley and cooked eggplant . Red pepper. + Chili eggplant, boiled over black olives, parsley oregano. Fresh herbs . Aliche . And Other or .Make a mixture of ingredients according to your preference .
