Ingredients:
Sauce: I2 spoons (soup) of lemon juice2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons (soup) or to taste chopped parsley and stems3 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped green onion1 spoon (soup) of mustard paste¼ teaspoon (coffee) saltBeat in the lemon juice with the olive oil mustard and salt.Then stir in the parsley and chopped chives, or place on top of the sauce. Fits salad and fish fillet. Chicken.Sauce: II2 spoons (soup) of vinegar wine2 spoons (soup) of lemon juice2-4 tablespoons (tablespoons) of olive oil1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley with stems1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped chives in rodelinhas1 tablespoon (coffee) English or shoyu (soy sauce)
Mix all ingredients.Fits salad, or fish, chicken.Salsa Verde: III1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley and stems1 teaspoon (tsp) salt1 spoon (soup) of hot pepper sauce1 tablespoon juice (soup) of lemon juice or vinegar1 tbsp (tablespoons) of olive oilMix all in a blender, if you need to put 1 spoon (soup) of filtered water. To put over vegetables.Root Sauce Forte IV1 spoon (soup) or to taste horseradish grated fine½ spoon (soup) of vinegar, 1 pinch of salt3 tablespoons cream without serum or to tasteMix everything and consistency is to your liking.Fits salad, vegetables, fish. chicken etc..Agro Sweet Sauce: V
2 spoons (soup) of orange marmalade2 spoons (soup) of catchup2 spoons (soup) of vinegar2 spoons (soup) of shoyuMix it all go over the chicken before roasting, orafter cooking.
Thin sauce Mayonnaise: VI1 large potato boiled in shell1 medium carrot cooked in shell1 cup (coffee) cow's milk cold1 cup (coffee) olive oil or necessary1 teaspoon (tsp) salt1 spoon (soup) of mustard1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice
Peel the potatoes and carrots.Blend all ingredients in a blender, it is soft,add more potatoes, if you get hard add more milk and oilServes to put in potato salads, trackingsteaks, chicken, and fish.Blush Sauce: VII1 spoon (soup) of butter, salt and pepper to taste1 spoon (soup) of catchup1 teaspoon (tsp) Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce1 grated onion and washed and squeezed1 cup dry white wine½ cup (tea) of creamMix all serve to put on top of grilled fish or roast.
Sauce: VIII1 egg and 1 egg yolk cooked1 spoon (soup) of cream if necessary1 spoon (soup) of mustard1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice or wine vinegarOlive oil up to the point of mayonnaise.
Beat all the ingredients in a blender and s go pouring oil on wire up to the point of thick cream.
Tartar Sauce: IX
1 cup (tea) mayonnaise1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped capers1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley with stems1 boiled egg, minced or passed through a sieveMix the mayonnaise with capers, add the egg andchopped parsley. It is ideal for fish or chicken.Hot Sauce: X1 cup (tea) of catchup½ cup (tea) of wine vinegar¼ cup (tea) of shoyu¼ cup of sugar.
Mix all ingredients.Fits chicken and fish.
