custard White

ingredients:

1 liter of cow's milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
250 ml of coconut milk glass
5 tablespoons (soup) and full of cornstarch
8 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
1 cup (tea) freshly grated coconut


For Syrup Custard White:

250 grs. of prunes in syrup, pitted
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) of warm water

How to Prepare:

Hitting the blender cow's milk with condensed milk, coconut milk, cornstarch, grated coconut and sugar.

After all ingredients in blender smoothies and mixed well, take the white fire, stirring constantly until thickened.

Pour a form fluted cone in the center, wet with water.

Take the refrigerator to put 4 hours




How to Prepare the syrup:

Bring a pan to fire with the sugar until yellow, add water, let thicken slightly, without moving to not take the shine.

Be careful not to let the sugar burn too many bitter syrup.

Option II - Wine Syrup

ingredients:

1 cup sweet red wine
4 tablespoons (soup) of sugar
1 ½ cup of water

How to Prepare:
