Homemade coconut sweets of Elsa
ingredients:
500 grs. fresh grated coconut
2 ½ cups (tea) milk
2 cups (tea) of sugar
2 spoons (soup) of cornstarch
1 cinnamon stick
How to Prepare:
Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of milk Book

Put the milk in a medium saucepan with the sugar and cinnamon, bring to a boil over low heat for 15 'minutes.

Then add the milk mixture with the starch, leaving even cooking on the fire.
Add the fresh grated coconut, bring to low heat, stirring constantly, for 25 'minutes, remove the cinnamon.

After cocada ready spread on a baking sheet, greased with butter. Allow to dry. Cut into quadradrinhos.
Yield 45 units.
