Chocolate Cake, Beer, and Fruit

ingredients:

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
2 cups (tea) of sugar or to taste
200 grs. butter or margarine
1 ½ cup white or black beer not cold
1 spoon (soup) shallow baking
6 large eggs - egg whites firm
1 pinch of salt

Other Ingredients:

200 grs. seedless raisins or chopped prunes
4 tablespoons (soup) of honey
4 tablespoons (soup) of chocolate powder
1 spoon (soup) of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp (tablespoons) grated orange peel
1 spoon (soup) of ginger (optional)
1 pinch of grated nutmeg

coverage:

3 egg whites firm
6 or 9 tablespoons sugar


How to Prepare:

Beat the egg yolks in mixer with sugar and butter, with the unit on the add honey until well blended.
Pour slowly, half the beer in the batter, alternating with the flour.

If the dough is too stiff, add more beer.

After all well mixed, add the salt, cinnamon powder, ginger, nutmeg, chocolate, orange peel, raisins passed in wheat flour.

Add the egg whites, blending from top to bottom, slowly until 'get a homogeneous mass.

Finally add mass, the remainder of the beer.

Grease a pan large and high with butter sprinkled with flour mixed with a little cinnamon and powdered.

Place the dough in shape, smooth and with a spatula, place in oven preheated.

Bake in moderate oven at 160 º C for 20 'to 30'minutos, or even blush.


Note:

If you do not want to put beer replace the same amount of orange juice or milk.
