Carrots Ricotta

ingredients:
1/2 pound of fresh ricotta mashed
250-300 grams. grated carrots thin
salt, pepper or spicy paprika to taste
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
2 spoons (soup) of cream canister or necessary.

How to Prepare:
Place the ricotta in a bowl mixed with fork, gradually add the grated carrot slowly if need add the cream, give up point of curl.

Make carrots and small 5 inches and very thin.
To use the stem bunch parsley 3 cm, cut just above stem to be little, i.e. proportionally.

  Fits accompany poultry, sirloin stuffed and other meats.
