Homemade Sweet Orange

Homemade Sweet Orange
Ingredients:
24 sour oranges thick bark - Orange Cloveis popularly called orange-horse
Syrup:
The same weight is orange sugar1 packet of cinnamon stick (40 grs.)1 packet of cloves (20 grs.)1 large piece of ginger cut into slices
Preparation:
Grate the rind of the orange, fine grater or thinly peel the skin with a knife, like egg skin, clean the whole orange.
As for removing the skin of oranges, take place in a pot with enough cold water.
After all the oranges, cleaned, cut into four pieces, without going through without separate parts, throw out the pulp.
The cut should be slightly less than half the orange.
Wash the oranges being careful not to break the pieces.
Place the oranges in a large bowl soak white plastic, never color (gray, beige, brown pumpkin) with plenty of water.

Soaking put 3-7 days, changing the water every day, several times a day.

How to prepare a syrup

If the dessert is hot put hot water if the candy is cold put cold water.
Leave the candy to cool, place in an ovenproof dish with lid, store in the refrigerator or in small glasses and wide mouth screw cap.
