Escalope With Sauce


Escalope With Sauce

ingredients:

Mingnon ½ pound of beef, cut into steaks and skinny


seasonings:

1 cup (tea) of grated onion
2 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped chives
4 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped parsley, or to taste
1 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped sage shallow (optional)
8 fresh mint leaves
1 spoon (soup) hot sauce
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger
1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)
1 bay leaf
2% by weight of salt beef

sauce:


1 cup (tea) of cream with the serum
½ cup dry white wine 100 ml
3 tablespoons (soup) of corn oil
2 spoons (soup) of butter
1 spoon (soup) of paprika or turmeric (optional)
1 spoon (soup) of lemon juice
½ spoon (soup) of sugar or brown sugar
½ teaspoon (tablespoon) flour

How to Prepare:

Cut the steaks and escalopes mingnon skinny fillet, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, ginger, let rest for half an hour




Place in a pan, oil, butter, onion, let wither.

Then add the white wine, paprika dissolved in water, sugar, lemon juice, sour cream mixed with wheat flour.

Boil on low heat for about five minutes.

Place the scallops and cook until softened

Once ready, add the chives, parsley and chopped mint

Serve hot

With white rice and green salad.

Sujestão:

Watercress, arugula, endive, and other leafy greens or
Looseleaf lettuce with grated raw carrot, tomato and onion into thin slices.
