To Filling Cream Base


ingredients:


1 liter of milk
1 can of cream with the serum
3 tablespoons (soup) full of cornstarch
3 tablespoons (soup) full of sugar
3 large egg yolks beaten until frothy
1 spoon (soup) of vanilla essence or
essence to taste, coconut, pineapple, almonds,
nuts or a glass of liquor

How to Prepare:

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, except the cream, can beat all ingredients in blender without the cream
Bring the fire until it thickens, then cold, then add the cream at room temperature, mix well until it is a creamy and fluffy


Note:

You can do the same cream replacing the cream put milk

condensate, reduce the sugar to not get too sweet, or put the two cream with condensed milk.
