SECRET - Pastel Icing

ingredients:

2 cups plain flour or 200 g.
½ cup warm water
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 spoon (soup) of spirits (rum)
1 spoon (soup) of white vinegar
2 spoons (soup) hot oil

How to Prepare:

Put a bench in flour to hot oil and warm water gradually, salt and vinegar cachaça.

Mix all ingredients well, if you need to add more warm water.

Resting the dough at least two hours

Open the dough into very thin cylinder, or with rolling pin.
The dough should be very thin.

Stuffing - I

2 slices of mozzarella folded
1 slice of tomato, sprinkled with oregano, without salt

Ground beef, braised with onion, parsley, pepper, salt, tomato
If the filling gets too wet, thickened with a little starch
Corn. (1 level tablespoon to ¼ cup of cold water).
