Colored Pancakes
Pancake Green:
Ingredients:
1 cup of cow milk (200ml)1 cup flour sifted Special (200 gr.)1 cup (tea) of pre-cooked spinach squeezed without watersalsa or chopped raw2 spoons (soup) of oil½ teaspoon (coffee) salt2 large whole eggs

Pink Pancake:
1 glass of cow's milk1 cup flour special1 cup (tea) of cooked beets or carrots and drained2 spoons (soup) of oil2 tablespoon (coffee) salt2 large whole eggsA drop oil for frying (each pancake)
Simple Pancake:
1 glass of cow's milk1 cup all-purpose flour2 spoons (soup) of oil2 large whole eggs1 pinch of sugar (used to sweeten the dough)½ teaspoon (coffee) salt
How to Prepare:
Wash the spinach leaves, playing in boiling water, let set a minute.

Note:

How to Prepare the Filling:
