Spaghetti will matriarch
ingredients:

½ pound of spaghetti

sauce:

120 grs. lean bacon chopped Kid
500 grs. grated onion
2 pounds of tomatoes peeled seeded
2 teaspoons (tsp) of corn oil
1 teaspoon (tsp) grated ginger or to taste
1 cup dry white wine
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 sprig of basil
1 sprig of mint
1 liter of boiling water or enough

Other Ingredients:

1 cup (tea) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems
3 tablespoons oregano

How to Prepare the sauce:

Fry the bacon in the oil, add the onion tomatoes, spices, letting cooking, put 1 (one) hour, or until the tomatoes are well cooked and the sauce very dark.

Add the oregano 5 '(five) minutes before removing from heat.

How to Prepare the pasta:
Cook pasta with five liters of water, a trickle of oil and a pinch of salt.

Once cooked, drain, arrange on a platter, put up sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley with stems

Follow up:

Serve with meat stuffed with raisins, eggs, cooked onion, parsley
and capers.
Arugula salad or chicory.
