CHICKEN SOUP

CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients:1 large chicken, or 8 drumsticks, skinned without fats.
2 medium carrots peeled, cut into thin slices.4 large tomatoes, diced, peeled and seeded.2 stalks celery, chopped thinly sliced, leaves no sting. 1 leek white part only thinly sliced2 large onions, chopped,4 cloves garlic, cored, cut or crushed.1 bunch of cinnamon sticks.2 bay leaves, then remove.Do not put too many bay leaves, which lowers blood pressure, or½ teaspoon (coffee) bay ground.2 tablets of broth or chicken (optional).1 tablespoon pepper sauce lady finger (optional).1 teaspoon (tsp) grated fresh ginger or 1 pinch powdered.
Other Ingredients:
1 cup (tea) of washed rice1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems, add at the end
 
½ cup chopped green onions, add at the end of cooking50 to 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
How to Prepare:
Rinse the chicken, inside and out.Remove the skin, fat lungs neck to head, neck, throat discard (throw away).
