Stuffing For Poultry and Pork

ingredients:

2 cans of ham pate, or 2 buds
3 sour apples grated drain in bulk
2 spoons (soup) of butter
2 spoons (soup) of cheese cream cheese, or
2 tbsp (tablespoons) grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup (tea) crackers ground in processor or blender

How to Prepare:

Mix pate with butter cheese cream cheese, apples and crushed cracker.

If you want to suspend the use more butter and cheese cream cheese or grated Parmesan cheese.

Make a ball with the stuffing or model like a big cigar

put inside the bird or sirloin, sew with needle and thick thread or fasten with toothpick.
