Cake Candied Fruits and Nuts

ingredients:

3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) of candied fruit washed to remove all the sugar.
1 cup (tea) ground walnuts
1 cup (tea) oil or butter
6 egg whites
1 spoon (soup) full of yeast

Other ingredients:

1 saucer of flour to pass the candied fruit.

coverage:

200 grs. melted white chocolate mixed with milk cream
1 can cream without serum.

How to Prepare:

Beat in the sugar with electric mixer the butter and egg yolks until dough lighten, then add the milk alternately with the flour.

Once well mixed add the ground nuts and candied fruit past the flour and baking powder and lastly the egg whites firm.

Note:

After you put the yeast, not much to beat the cake after it lowers roast.

A greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Bake the cake medium oven 180 º C for 20'a 30'minutos or until browned, place the cake in the cold oven.

If you want you can put white frosting or dark chocolate melted.

Coverage is dark bittersweet chocolate melted in a double boiler.

Coverage white sugar with lemon juice until well net.
