Nuts Cake

Nuts Cake

ingredients:

2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
1 cup (tea) of ground walnuts
200 grs. butter not cold
100 grs. seedless raisins, soak in the Rhum
5 eggs - egg whites
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 spoon (soup) full of baking powder

Ingredients of Coverage:

1 can of cream with the serum
200 grs. semisweet chocolate, chopped

How to Prepare:

Hitting the bateira yolks with the butter until it is whitish,

Then add the condensed milk, make the beat put five more minutes.

Add the flour mixed with baking powder sifted.

Add the ground nuts, stop the mixer.

Putting last add the egg whites firm, mixing slowly from top to bottom and seedless raisins drained.

Grease a pan with butter sprinkle breadcrumbs
Medium preheated oven 180 º c, put 25 'to 30' minutes, or until blush

How to Prepare the Topping:


Bring the cream in a double boiler, when it boils turn off the heat, add the chopped chocolate, stir well until it is homogenous good
Place the cover on the hot hot cake.


Note:

Can substitute walnuts put almonds, hazelnuts, chestnuts and baked Portuguese pressed macadamia, and even dried coconut or fresh.
