Rotten Italian Pasta Special

ingredients:
400 grs. Special-purpose flour, sifted
200 grs. cold butter (not margarine serves)
2-3 large egg yolks cold
1 tablespoon (coffee) shallow salt
1 spoon (soup) shallow baking powder
How to Prepare:
Place in a bowl the flour, butter, salt, egg yolks, and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients with your fingertips, until you have a soft polenta. 'NOT SOVAR'
If kneading the dough it changes the texture is sticky, sticky, empatumada.
The secret is the mass rotten work fast and with the fingertips, with everything cold.

4 tablespoons (soup) of grated Parmesan cheese

Can garnish with a braised cabbage with shrimps.
