Mayonnaise sauce I and II

ingredients:

Option: I

1 large glass of passion fruit juice (fruit are 5 large)
2-4 tablespoons mustard shallow
200 grs. industrialized mayonnaise, egg or without
1 can of cream


How to Prepare:

Mix in passion fruit juice, mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream, after all the ingredients well mixed, keep in the refrigerator.

Note:

The passion fruit sauce can be served hot or cold, serves to
monitor, pork, poultry, and fish (white meat).

No Egg Mayonnaise
Option II:

ingredients:
1 large potato boiled in shell
1 medium carrot cooked

Other Ingredients:

1 cup (coffee) from cow's milk has boiled and cold.
1 cup (coffee) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (optional)
1 teaspoon (tsp) salt
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)

How to Prepare:
Cook the unpeeled potatoes, when cooked peel cut into small pieces.

Cook the carrots into thin slices.

Put in a blender the milk, olive oil and a little potato
sting.

Connect the device go slowly putting the rest of the potatoes and carrots, lastly salt.

If the dough becomes stiff add more milk and more oil in equal parts.

If getting soft add more baked potato.
