Curd - Special Revenue
ingredients:
1 liter of cow's milk
100 grs. of grated mozzarella on thin thick
200 grs. ricotta mashed
50 grs. grated Parmesan cheese
cream necessary to give consistency
4 to 6 tablespoons (tablespoons) of cornstarch (cornflour)
How to Prepare:
Make a mush with milk and corn starch already diluted in milk.
Lead to fire until thickened.
Without taking the fire add the ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan.
Beat in mixer or blender, go putting the cream until thick cream.
Then put in jars in the refrigerator.
It hardens after 6 to 10 hours.
Note:
Always keep in the refrigerator.
