Banana Cake With Cover
Ingredients Dough:
3 cups (tea) of wheat flour2 cups (tea) of white sugar or brown sugar1 cup (tea) of cow's milk3 large eggs - egg whites4-6 large banana plantain mashed or chopped into slices2 spoons (soup) full of margarine1 teaspoon (tsp) of cinnamon powder1 tablespoon grated lemon peel green part only (optional)1 spoon (soup) of baking powder1 tablespoon (coffee) grated ginger1 pinch of ground cloves
Other Ingredients:1 or ½ cup of cocoa powderIf you put chocolate powder, reduce the same amount of flour trigo.Trocar white sugar for brown sugar.
Icing Banana:
2 egg whites beaten stiff1 cup sugar4 ripe bananas mashed5 to 10 drops of lemon
How to Prepare:
Beat the milk in a blender with gems margarine, sugar and mashed bananas.Pour this mixture in the mixer, add the flour to the yeast cinnamon.
Finally the egg whites, mix gently.
Put a form of high hole in the center, greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour and cinnamon.
Medium preheated oven 180 º C for 30 minutes or until flush.
Stick a toothpick into the cake to the bottom of the form if out clean the cake is baked, leave it wet cake is still raw
How to Prepare the icing Banana:
Beat the egg whites in an electric mixer, until point in firm snow.
Then add the sugar gradually and beat until it becomes a sigh. (Merengue)
Stop the mixer and add the mashed bananas, mix well with a spoon or silicone spatula with crusty bread, cream until firm.
 
Cut the cake into slices and serve each piece with two tablespoons of icing banana.

You can swap the banana for grated apple.
