Pie Filling

ingredients:

100 grs. provolone, chopped
100 grs. fresh ricotta mashed
100 grs. of grated mozzarella on thin thick
100 grs. cheese catupiry
50 grs. grated Parmesan cheese
50 grs. of cream or necessary
3 tomatoes cut into slivers
20 medium black olives pitted
3 tablespoons olive oil

How to Prepare:

Mix the provolone, ricotta, mozzarella, cheese cream cheese Parmesan cheese, and sour cream
