Avocado Mayonnaise

Avocado Mayonnaise


ingredients:

1 ripe medium avocado
1 egg yolk cooked
1 whole egg cooked
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon (soup) spoon of mustard
2 spoons (soup) of grated onion
2 spoons (soup) of vinegar
1 pinch of pepper (optional)
1 cup (tea) of extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, juice only

How to Prepare:

Take the peel avocado, cut into pieces, squeeze lemon over not to darken.

Hitting the avocado in blender with the cooked yolk and whole egg vinegar, until a dough, add oil if needed.

Then add the mustard pepper onion, make a beat, gradually add oil up to the point of mayonnaise.

The mayonnaise sauce is very thick.

Store in the refrigerator until serving time.

Consuming the fastest or the same day.
