Traditional White Sauce - I, II and III

Traditional White Sauce - I, II and III

ingredients:

2 cups of cow's milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of butter

How to Prepare:

Place the butter in a nonstick skillet to melt, increasing the flour all at once, mix quickly to avoid lumps.

Then put the hot milk and stir, cooking until the sauce.

If not practical mix off the heat

If you want you can replace half the amount of milk cream

Option-II:

White Sauce With Cheese

½ liter of milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch of salt

Mix the cornstarch with the milk, bring to the fire until it thickens.
Once the cream is ready place the butter and grated cheese

III - Option:

White Sauce with Orange Juice

Make white sauce of first recipe in place of milk put the same amount of orange juice.
