tomato Fritter


ingredients:


1 pound large tomato firmly almost green
1 plate of breadcrumbs
1 bowl of grated Parmesan cheese
1 bowl of flour
4 to 6 eggs, beaten

seasonings:

1 spoon (soup) salt
1 cup (tea) of oregano
2 spoons (soup) vinegar


Other Ingredients:


1 cup of corn oil for frying
300 grs. or like mozzarella sliced


How to Prepare:


Wash all the tomatoes, cut very thick round slices of 2 cm thickness.

Season with salt, vinegar and oregano

Leave the tomatoes in spice for half an hour to get the taste of spices

Drain all the water in a sieve.

Beat the eggs well.

Pass the tomato slices in the grated cheese, then the flour, the beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil, lower the heat to avoid burning
Then drain the oil with a paper towel

II - Option

After breaded tomatoes, place in a pie shape, and over the slices of mozzarella cheese.

Bake gratin

Serve hot
