Four Cheese Lobster
Ingredients:
1 pound lobster clean cut into cubes of 2 x 2 cm2 cups water or shrimp broth
Seasonings:20 grs. salt1 pinch of nutmeg (optional)1 teaspoon (tsp) grated fresh ginger
The four cheeses:
½ cup cream cheese½ cup cheese catupiry½ cup grated Parmesan cheese½ cup grated provoloneAre 100 grs. each cheese. Being two soft and two hard. Or
Hint To Other Cheese:
100 grs. grated parmesan100 grs. of camamber100 grs. Gorgonzola100 grs. of Provolone
Other Ingredients:
1 200 ml of glass ketchup1 cup (tea) of grated onion1 leek thinly sliced3 tablespoons (soup) of butter and full2 tbsp (tablespoons) cornstarchsalt needed.1 glass of dry white wine½ cup of cow's milk ml 250
How to Prepare the lobster:
Buy the lobster already clean, wash, cut into cubes
Put in a saucepan two cups of water, add the lobster and a pinch of salt, and simmer until tender over low heat.
After the lobster cooked, drain and reserve the cooking water.
Put on the fire a medium saucepan, melt the butter, add the onion, leek, leave the fire until wilted.
Add lobster, ketchup, salt, nutmeg, the grated ginger, sauté well, gradually add the cooking broth, let the fire Atre cooking.
Then add the cheeses at a time.
Leave on heat until the cheeses melt well.
Then add the cornstarch dissolved in milk, stir well, until very thick sauce
Follow up:
White rice, potato sticks, skewer black olives, pitted, pickled cucumber small dice and Parma ham.
Serve the lobster in a large tureen
