Pancake Beef
Ingredients:
Massa:
2 cups flour, sifted2 cups of cow's milk (250 mL each)3 to 4 large eggs1 teaspoon (tsp) salt1 pinch of sugar (serves to let the dough golden)
Filling:
500 grs. ground meat twice100 grs. bacon, chopped (optional)2 tablets of broth1 cup (tea) of grated onion1 cup (tea) of chopped parsley with stems1 cup (tea) of chopped green olives½ cup (tea) water to dissolve the cornstarch2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped1 stalk celery, chopped fine niggling1 leek, white part only thinly sliced1 spoon (soup) of oregano, rub hands before using1 teaspoon (tsp) salt shallow1 tbsp (tablespoons) capers (optional)3 tablespoons (soup) of oil1 spoon (soup) shallow cornstarch
How to Prepare the Dough:
Put the milk in a blender with the eggs, beating for 3'minutos, then add the flour, salt and sugar, make the beat, until it is a homogeneous liquid and well.
Lightly grease a frying pan tefal with oil using a brush.
Let heat, turns in a shell mass pan, spread well, go around the pan so that the dough entire length of the small pot, then turn to cook the other side.
Once ready put a napkin, let it cool.Can freeze, placing plastic wrap between them.Then place in a plastic bag.
How to Prepare the Filling:
In a pan fry the bacon and remove all fat.
Put the oil, add the meat leaving frying until nicely browned, add the tomatoes onion, celery, garlic, leeks, broth, salt.
When the meat is well browned go dripping a bit of hot water to cook all the ingredients.
Once ready, add the olives, oregano, parsley, and capers, and thicken the dough with cornstarch dissolved in water.
To fill full and place a spoonful of the filling and roll up or fold into four, making a rectangle.
Place grated cheese on top, or
If you want you can use tomato sauce on top, then grated cheese.Bake in the oven to heat.
Note:
After the stuffed pancakes can freeze without cheese and withoutthe sauce.
